To add a new worksheet to a workbook, use Shift + F11.
On a Mac, add the function key.
To select multiple worksheets, it’s possible for you to hold down the shift key and click.
To selectmultiple non-adjacent worksheets, use the control key in Windows and the Command key on a Mac.
Be careful when you have multiple worksheets selected.
Any change you make will affect all worksheets!
Add the shift key to reverse direction.
Then jot down the number for the worksheet you want.
Move the active cell to row 1 to split vertically into 2 panes.
And move the active cell to column A to split horizontally into 2 panes.
Move the active cell to row 1 to split vertically into two panes.
And, move the active cell to column A to split horizontally into two panes.
If the active cell is in the middle somewhere, you’ll get 4 panes.
When you have a worksheet that’s split, use F6 to move to the next pane.
Add Shift to reverse direction.
Again, on a Mac, add the function key to this shortcut.
To toggle the window size for the current worksheet, use Control + F10.
On a Mac, add the function key.
On a Mac, this will toggle the window to full screen.
In Windows, this will toggle the windows inside the Excel utility.
These shortcuts do different things.
In Windows, the shortcut minimizes the current worksheet.
you’re free to use Control + F10 to maximize it again.
On a Mac, Command M minimizes the current worksheet into the dock.
