Shortcuts for file commands

To pull up the Excel help system, use F1 on Windows, Command + / on a Mac.

Remember that when you do a Save As, you’re working on the new file.

The original file is no longer open.

To print, use Control + P on Windows; Command + P on a Mac.

Confirm an option with Enter, or Tab.

To close a file in Excel, use Control F4 or Control + W on Windows.
