Do you have a passion for aggregation, taxonomies (folksonomies), blogging, personalization?
News.com is programmed using a combination of open-source technologies including Spring, Velocity, MySQL as well as Java/JSP.
The job will entail communication, teamwork, and excellent technical troubleshooting.
Most of all, should be innovative and passionate about content publishing.
Experience with a scripting language (Perl, PHP) and Apache is a must.
Experience with utility servers (Tomcat, Resin) and databases is highly desirable.
