It provides an all round of options from Flash while being fast and mobile-friendly.

Head toPreferences>Websites>Plugins>Adobe Flash Player.
Tick the Adobe Flash player entry to enable Flash player on Safari.
Users with macOS X 10.10 can head toPreferences> Security.
After that, press Plug-in options and selectAdobe Flash Player.
Click onONwhere it saysWhen visiting other websites.
In your windows PC, bring up the control panel.
Now opt for Updates tab and select Allow Adobe to install updates.
