The transparency effect makes the UI look slightly transparent with an acrylic blur.
Undoubtedly, it looks very cool and pleasing to the eyes.
The transparency Effect is enabled by default in Windows 11.
Although the feature is perfect, many Windows 11 users might dislike it.
Two of them involve the tweaks app.

After turning off transparency effects, shut the prefs app.
Now you will see the acrylic blur that disappears through the whole UI.
