Spotlight has long been a notable macOS feature.
Fortunately, there is a way to stop Spotlight from showing images in the search results on Mac.

1.To get started, open theSystem options appon your Mac.
2.In the System options menu, scroll down and chooseSiri & Spotlight.
From now onwards, your photos will no longer appear in the Spotlight search results.
