How to select rows and columns in Excel

Let’s take a look.

To select a column in Excel, just nudge the letter in the column heading.

You’ll see Excel immediately grab the entire column.

Rows work the same way as columns.

To select a row, tap the row number.

Using the control key, you could even select a combination of rows and columns.
