As the name suggests, State of Mind is designed to help you enhance your mental health.

you could use it to log your emotions and your state of mind in the Health app.

Based on your input data, you will get a summary of your mental health.

Tap on Mental Wellbeing and then State of Mind

Apart from that, you will be able to input the reasons that can be impacting your current mood.

As per Apple, more than 30 percent of U.S. adults suffer from anxiety and depression.

With this percentage increasing every year, taking care of mental health has become a necessity.

Tap on Get Started and then Next

The stats and assessments based on your logs will help you determine your mental health.

you could also stash your stats in PDF which you could share with your doctor.

Select the reason behind your feelling

Tap on Mental Wellbeing and select state of mind

Tap on Options and turn on toggle of During Your Day and End of Day

Tap on Add Reminder

Tap on Show All Data and tap on Edit

Tap on Minus Button and then delete

Tap on Delete All
