Why Are iCloud and iMessage Accounts are Different on My iPhone?

2.Tap your profile iconat the top to open your Apple ID page.
3.Take a look at the email ID under your nameand keep it in mind.
This is your current primary Apple ID with which you are signed into your iCloud account.
4.Now,go back to the main prefs pageandopen the Messages settingsfrom the list.
5.Tap theSend & Receiveoption.
This should be different than your primary Apple ID that has been used to sign into iCloud.
8.So,tap this Apple IDto initiate the sign-out process.
9.On the following prompt, tap theSign Outoption.
10.Now, tap theUse your Apple ID for iMessageoption on the same page.
11.By default, your iPhone will give you the option to re-sign into your previous Apple ID for iMessage.
This is because you better enable syncing for iMessage in iCloud on your iOS equipment.

3.Go to theiCloudsettings page.
4.Tap theShow Allbutton under theApps Using iCloudsection on the following page.
5.Here, tap theMessages in iCloudoption on the list.
6.Now,tap the togglefor theUse on this iPhoneto enable it on your unit.
That is basically it!
This will enable iCloud syncing for the Messages app on your iPhone.
