1.On your Mac, open thePhotos app.
2.Now, press theDuplicates folderin the sidebar.

If you want to go for the complete cleanup, pick All Items (selected by default).
After that, press theCommand+Akeys to select all items.
5.Then, click onMerge XItems at the top right corner of the screen, and confirm the action.
And if you want to delete the duplicates,Control/Right+Clickon the screen and chooseDelete X Itemsin the menu.
check that to confirm the action by clicking onContinuein the popup menu.
