By default, a newpivot tableincludes Grand Totals for both rows and columns.
But you’re able to enable and disable Grand Totals for rows and columns independently.
Lets take a look.
However, depending on your needs, you may want to turn these on or off.
There are two ways to manage Grand Totals.
The first way is to use the Design tab of the PivotTools ribbon.

And finally, you’re able to enable Grand Totals for just columns.
The other way to control Grand Totals is to use the PivotTable Options dialog box.
you could reach this dialog using the Options menu, on the Options tab of the PivotTable Tools ribbon.
Once the dialog is open, navigate to the Totals & Filters tab.
There, set Grand Totals as you like.
