But the COP26 agreement has no enforcement mechanism and only urges countries to act.
And it promises moremoney to small and developing countries for mitigation and adaptation.

Others weren’t so sure.
Climate activist Greta Thunbergdismissed the agreement as more of the same old talk without real action.
“The #COP26 is over.
Here’s a brief summary: Blah, blah, blah,” Thunbergtweeted.
