Activision-Blizzard firmly rejected the suit in a statement released to media.
“The picture the DFEH paints is not the Blizzard workplace of today.
Beyond workplace harassment, the DFEH lawsuit also alleges systematic discrimination against women.
Of the 12leadership positions listed on the firm’s website, three are filled by women.
