On Windows, you could reach the utility through Windows Run,Command Prompt, or Windows PowerShell.
Through Windows Run
PressWindows + Rto launch Windows Run, typediskpart, and hit theEnterkey.
Through Command prompt:
First, open Command Prompt.
PressWindows + R, typecmdon the Run dialogue box, and hit theEnterkey.
Then, typediskpartand hit theEnterkey.
Alternatively, typecmdorcommand promptin the Windows search bar and hit theEnterkey.
Then, typediskpartand hit theEnterkey.
Click theYesbutton and you will get a window like the following screenshot.
Next, typediskparton the Windows PowerShell window and hit theEnterkey.
